Enrico Ceci’s small farm is comprised of 18 Hectares of land, of which 9 Hectares are planted with vines (Verdicchio, Montepulciano, Sangiovese etc.)
The rest of the land is cultivated with cereals and olive trees. There are 5 vineyards and their positions have been specially chosen on different slopes of San Paolo in order to best harness the characteristics of the soil, and the particular microclimate of the area.
The exposure varies from south-west to north-east; we have vines planted 4 years ago, 14 years ago, forty years ago and even vines planted more than sixty years ago.
We take care of each vine as if it were the only one; only in this way can we preserve them over a long period of time.
