The winery, where every grape coming exclusively from our vineyards is turned into wine and stored, was built in 1997 to satisfy a growing need for room and to allow us to combine the latest technologies with ancient local and traditional farming practices.

As well as the most modern working stainless steel drums and other cutting edge tools, we also conserve and maintain our grandparent’ precious wooden barrels that work as well today as they did all those years ago.
