A Riserva of great elegance and structure, obtained from old vines and produced since 2019.
It represents the most mature and long-lived expression of the Verdicchio Classico.
- Grape Variety: Verdicchio 100%;
- Color: Deep straw yellow with greenish highlights;
- Aroma: Complex, with white flowers, ripe fruit, fine herbs, and subtle spices;
- Taste: Structured, rich, fresh, and sapid; long, mineral finish with the typical Verdicchio bitterness;
- Serving Temperature: 12–14 °C;
- Pairings: Structured fish dishes, shellfish, semi-aged cheeses, white meats, truffle-based dishes.
